Jamaal Tre' Gossett was born in Lexington, Kentucky, May 14, 1997, to the union of Denise Holman Gossett and Keith Gossett. He was called home from this life on November 22, 2015. He was a 2014 graduate of Bryan Station School where he was well know and respected by students and instructors. As a participant of the school's Co-op program, he work for nearly three tears at Penn Station Restaurant, He was also a member of BMW (Black Males Working). an organization which promotes academic excellence and achievements among African-American males. Jamaal made his profession of faith in Christ and was baptized as a member of the Main Street Baptist Church on July 6, 2008, by Elder Torance Mulder. As a member, he participated in the Children's Department/Choir, the Youth Department/Choir, the Youth Department/Choir, the Carl Brown Summer Youth Work Program, Youth Usher, and attended Sunday School. He was preceded in death by his great- grandfather-- Oliver W. Holman. and an aunt -- Tina Holman. In addition to his parents, Jamaal leaves to cherish loving memories: his sister-- Jazzlyn Gossett; his father role model -- Leroy Jackson, Jr.; grandparents -- James 0. & Charlotte Holman, Cora Coulter; great-grandmother -- Pearlena Holman; aunts & uncles -- Gray (Traci) Holman, Sr., Dale (Tina) Holman; Phillip (April) Gossett, Alphonso (Rona) Scott; godmother -- Dominque Rawlings -- godparents -- Eric D. & Lorna Smith; a host of great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins; many close friends and classmates; a loving church family.
